Sharjah 24: Four titles for Sharjah Football Club made history. After defeating Al Ain 2-1 at Al Nahyan Stadium, they won the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup for the first time. They defeated Al Wahda and Al Ain in the President's Cup in the previous and current seasons.
Al Ain again lost the Super Cup against them. Olariou Cosmin is the only coach to win the title three times, two with Shabab Al Ahli and currently with Sharjah.
