Sharjah24: In line with its policies to keep pace with modern technologies, Al Qasimia University (AQU) launched its new platform "Al Qasimia Podcast", featuring the University’s radio platform and a media window, aiming to disseminate the creativity of the AQU’s students and enhance the skills and creativity of its students.
The platform, the formal channel of the Faculty of communication, is a qualitative addition to the University’s current innovative achievements, in line with the vision of the University to enhance the acquisition of knowledge among its students, spreading the values of tolerance and dialogue.
Commenting on this, His Excellency Dr. Awad Al Khalaf, Chancellor of Al Qasimia University (AQU) has highlighted the significance of the new platform, shedding light on its role in integrating the University’s education system, reflecting the goals of the University and the vision of its founder, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and His Excellency Dr. Jamal Salim Al Turaifi, President of Al Qasimia University (AQU), aiming to enrich students' knowledge and develop their media skills, reflecting the university's moderate approach.
Al Khalaf stressed that this platform plays a pivotal role in enhancing the University's students’ communication with the local and international community, making a quantum leap in highlighting the diverse skills of university students.
As part of the university's celebrations of the Student Media Day, the platform’s trial broadcast was launched in the presence of a number of media leaders.
