Sharjah24: Dr. Saeed Al Haddad, Director of Kalba branch of Sharjah Institute for Heritage confirmed that the 20th edition of Sharjah Heritage Days (SHD) features strategically developed location, which is the Al Hosn Heritage neighborhood, witnessing many attractive heritage events and activities that shed lights on the authenticity of the history and its bright at present.
Dr. Saeed Al Haddad stressed in statements to "Sharjah 24" the historical importance of the event’s location, adding that it was revived and restored to present a historic site that presents a glimpse into the days gone by.
He added that a large number of departments and institutions are participating in the events that will continue until March 11, adding that the current edition is full of marine and agricultural environments, and many competitions, seminars and cultural lectures.
Al Haddad has underscored the remarkable participation of the productive families, praising the great support of the wise leadership to the Sharjah Heritage Days over the past 20 years, making it one of the most prominent activities in the emirate.
