The General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah has been awarded the (ISO 9001: 2015) quality management system certification, marking a significant milestone in terms of both institutional competence and growth.
As witnessed by members of the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, the Regional Director presented Dr Khawla Al Mulla, Chairwoman of the Family Affairs Authority, and Secretary General of the Council with the ISO certificate presented by the awarding company, SGS, at the Council's headquarters.
Dr Khawla confirmed that every institution aiming for excellence must acquire the ISO certificate (ISO 9001:2015) for its quality management system. This certificate is also seen as the foundation upon which excellence and quality operations are constructed.
