“SEDD”, “SM” and “Bee'ah” discuss Cooperation

The delegation was received by His Excellency Sultan Abdullah bin Hadda Al Suwaidi, SEDD Chairman and number of officials from the Department. “Bee'ah” delegation was headed by Khaled Al Huraimel, CEO of “Bee'ah”, and consisted of Mohammed Al Hosani, Chief Sustainability Officer, and Fahad Shuhail, the Chief Operating Officer at Bee'ah. From the Municipality, the delegation included Khalid bin Falah Al Suwaidi, Assistant Director-General of Customer Service, and Adel Omar Bagbeer, Director of Control and Inspection Department at the Municipality. 

The Department discussed with both Sharjah Municipality and "Bee'ah" Group many common issues that are in the public interest. Therefore, ideas were exchanged on strengthening the procedures used to improve the emirate's economy, and the delegation was introduced to the structure and work strategy used in common areas. In addition, the latest technologies and solutions used in SEDD were highlighted, as well as mechanisms and ways to enhance this cooperation were also discussed. Such thing was done in order to provide all capabilities for the business sector, investors and customers, and to contribute to achieving sustainable economic development in a way that serves all sectors in Sharjah in accordance with the directives of the wise leadership in the emirate.

Commenting on such meeting, His Excellency SEDD Chairman welcomed the guests, and stressed on the importance of holding such meetings that would enhance cooperation and coordination, to contribute to achieving sustainable economic development in Sharjah. His Excellency added that the Department is keen to enhance its constructive cooperation with government and private agencies, noting to the level of cooperation between SEDD, Municipality and Bee’ah Group in several fields, in line with the economic development witnessed by the emirate and serving the agenda of comprehensive and sustainable development. Likely, His Excellency stressed on the importance of such cooperation which resulted in achieving remarkable results that reflected the complementarity of their efforts.

Al Suwaidi pointed out that SEDD is moving forward in the development process according to the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, aimed at human development and providing all means of service and comfort as the basis for renaissance. His Excellency illustrated that SEDD is constantly striving to identify best practices and solutions and apply them on real life.

At the end of the meeting, the Department appreciated the visit of the two delegations, praising the keenness of the parties to cooperate in various fields in line with local and federal government service standards. They emphasized the importance of holding such meetings because of their role in accelerating the development process and enhancing the investment movement in the emirate.
