Sharjah24: Expo Centre Sharjah (ECS) has announced it is all set for the UAE Schools and Nursery Show, which will take place in the period February 24 to 26, with wide participation of major educational institutions, schools and kindergartens. The event will see participants introducing broad arrays of the latest educational and training programmes and scholarships.
Supported by Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and organised in cooperation with the Sharjah Private Education Authority, the UAE Schools and Nursery Show comes under the umbrella of the International Education Show to provide parents and students with a can't-miss chance to learn about the best private schools and education centres in the country and get introduced to model learning options, curricula, and the most prominent education practices. Moreover, they will have the opportunity to meet with representatives of educational centres, language institutes and education services providers, and learn from them about the educational and training facilities and curricula they offer so that the parents can select the most appropriate for their children.
Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of the Expo Centre Sharjah, indicated that the UAE Schools and Nursery Show reflects the ECS's keenness to support the UAE government's endeavours to optimise education, ensure the best educational options for students, and provide them with international quality educational institutions and curricula, all with the aim of enhancing the education sector, which is a strategic national priority that clearly shows the UAE government's relentless efforts to ensure a sustainable knowledge-based future. Al-Midfa pointed out that the announcement of many educational institutions, schools and nurseries to take part in the event shows how prosperous the education sector is in the Emirate of Sharjah that is growing persistently, as the number of educational establishments in the emirate reached 430 by the end of 2021, and the number of schools reached 230 public and private ones, in addition to six higher education institutions. He said that the large number of exhibitors grants the parents an unprecedented chance to have a look on a diversified and wide selection of prominent schools in the country and learn about the distinguished learning options, latest curricula, and the most prominent comprehensive education practices, enabling those parents to opt for the best.
The show will be open to visitors on Friday from 5 pm to 9 pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 3 pm to 9 pm.
