They reviewed the strategic plans and translated them into a practical reality that serves Al Hamriyah region in Sharjah, according to an integrated methodology that translates the visions and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Member Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, in investing in people from early stages and developing the place to provide the best services and efficiently reach every home.
The administrative, technical, and operational plans, which include all work areas, were discussed to enhance the municipality's community responsibility and pioneer its services and various activities.
The plan was based on adopting a strategic planning system for the municipality that takes into account integration in its aspects in terms of its inclusion of the elements of the strategic direction, which include the vision, mission, values, and strategic goals, as well as methods of managing them through the preparation of an operational plan for the implementation and application of the strategic plan with the identification of mechanisms for follow-up and monitoring and ensuring their compatibility with the elements of the programme in terms of innovation, sustainability, and quality Business life and continuity, in addition to governance, service development, and institutional excellence.
