Ismail Abdullah: 500 Arab playwrights exchange visions in Morocco

Sharjah24: Ismail Abdullah, the Arab Secretary General of Arab Theater Institute confirmed that there are more than 500 Arab playwrights celebrating their "Arab Theater Day" in Casablanca, and for the second time in Morocco.
Ismail Abdullah explained that there are 500 Arab playwrights discussing, exchanging visions and planning for the future of the theatre, lauding the efforts of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, in supporting theatres in the Arab world. 

Abdullah added, in statements to "Sharjah 24", that the most important thing included in the opening ceremony at the Mohammed VI Theater was the celebration of 10 Moroccan theatrical figures who established the pioneering Moroccan theatrical experience, in addition to several intellectual program that highlight the Moroccan theatrical experience. 

He explained that the Arab Theater Institute, since its establishment, has issued more than 300 important theatrical titles in all disciplines, adding that this year 12 books by writers and critics in Morocco were issued as a gift, pointing out that there are daily press conferences for all participants and intellectual seminars outside the festival in cooperation with a pioneering University in Morocco.
