Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Department Human Resources (SDHR) announces the holding of the training programme "Analysis and Use of Behavioural Insights Directed for Public Policies", which is organised for the first time at the level of the Sharjah government.
The programme aims to improve employee performance levels in making decisions. In addition to supporting government entities with human competencies specialised in the behavioural field to meet future challenges.
The programme enables employees to learn about modern policies, and to familiarise themselves with the best global and local practices to identify the reasons for success and opportunities for development.
The programme will be held over a period of 3 days, dealing with introducing participants to the concept of behavioural economics, and explaining the basics and applications of behavioural insights in practical life and work environments.
