Sharjah24: The Sharjah Department of Human Resources concluded "Business Continuity Management" programme, as part of its continuous efforts to implement business continuity management and crisis management in all possible circumstances.

The programme lasted for two months, and 247 employees who Sharjah government departments nominated, passed its requirements.

It introduced the concept of business continuity management, its benefits, and the roles and responsibilities of senior management and work teams. The programme discussed the implementation forms and practical application of business continuity departments' work models. It went on to explain how to face challenges during crises, according to the departments' nature of work.
