Sharjah 24: Sharjah Children, affiliated with the Rubu’ Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators, will launch, next Monday, an interesting package of winter programmes and camps, which include approximately 60 courses and specialised workshops and 9 recreational trips, during the period from December 12-29.
The activities will be held in Sharjah Children’s various centres spread across the city of Sharjah and the Central and Eastern Regions, targeting children within the age group of 6–12 years.
Participants will be able to learn a range of skills such as culinary arts, script writing, and writing, and they will discover the culture and customs of the Japanese people and their civilisation through workshops and cultural experiences related to the culture of the country, in addition to the skills of fine arts, handicrafts, sporting events, and performing arts.
Sharjah Children will organise the "Winter Adventure Camp," which will be held for the second year in a row at Lulu'iyah Beach in Khorfakkan from December 12–17, targeting members of the city centres and the Central Region within the age group of 9–12 years. It includes nine programmes full of adventures. Interesting ones: how to plan adventures; training in kayaking, mountaineering, and learning safety skills.
