Sharjah24: In the presence of His Excellency Jamal Al Tarifi, Head of Al Qasimia University (AQU), accompanied by His Excellency Prof. Awad Hussain Al Khalaf , Director of Al-Qasimia University, Al Qasimia University celebrated the 51st UAE National Day with various activities, reflecting the country’s distinguished achievements over the last 51 years.
The celebrations, starting from the Deanship of Student Affairs, included a march for the students, led by the musical band of the Police Sciences Academy, with different other national performances and activities,  amidst an atmosphere of love to the beloved country, renewing people’s loyalty to the nation and the wise leadership.

The celebration, being held at the University’s theater, included several cultural, heritage and national activities, including a documentary film that reflects the development of the union’s march. 
Prof. Awad Hussain Al Khalaf delivered a speech in which he congratulated the wise leadership and the people, lauding the country’s various achievements in all fields.

A number of students from the University and other students from different schools have expressed their pride on this occasion through different national performances, reflecting their love and loyalty to the UAE and wise leadership. 

Al Qasimia University’s celebrations of the 51st National Day continued by organising a cultural poetry event for His Excellency Dr Abdullah  Belhaif Al Nuaimi , former Minister of Environment and Climate Change, in the presence of His Excellency Prof. Awad Hussain Al Khalaf , Director of Al-Qasimia University, and a number of members of the two academic bodies, administrative, students and a group of invitees.
