Sharjah 24: The 51st National Day celebrations kicked off in Khorfakkan, in the presence of Sheikh Saeed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Deputy Chairman of the Ruler’s Office in Khorfakkan, with a large participation of the city's residents.

Dr. Rashid Khamis Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Khorfakkan Municipal Council, stated that the celebrations of the 51st National Day kicked off with a military march organised by the Sharjah Police and the Sharjah Police Academy on the Khorfakkan Corniche.

Speaking exclusively to "Sharjah 24", Al Naqbi said that the ceremony included interesting national performances and folk dances, with large participation of children.
