Dibba Al Hisn’s 51st National Day celebrations see large turnout

Sharjah 24: In the presence of Sheikh Saeed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Deputy Chairman of the Ruler’s Office in Khorfakkan, Dibba Al Hisn launched its celebrations of the 51st UAE National Day in the Flag Square on Al Hisn island, with the participation of a large number of the people of the region.

Ahmed Abdullah bin Yarouf Al Naqbi, Chairman of Dibba Al Hisn Municipal Council stated that the celebrations of the 51st National Day of the United Arab Emirates started with a march from Dibba Al Hisn Beach Park to the Flag Square on Al Hisn Island.

Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24”, Al Naqbi pointed out that the celebrations included lyrical, poetic and military activities, not to mention the 51st Union Day bazaar, which displays popular cuisine, products of productive families and workshops for children.
