Sharjah24: Winners of the Al-Maher competition for the most beautiful Quranic recitation were honoured at the headquarters of the Sharjah Noble Quran and Sunnah Establishment (SNQSE).

Only 84 of 213 participants made it beyond the first round of qualifying, and only 12 of those went on to win prizes overall.

The awardees were recognised and honoured by Dr. Sherzad Abdul Rahman Taher, the Secretary-General of the Holy Quran Academy, and Omar Ali Al Shamsi, the Director of the Sharjah Noble Quran and Sunnah Establishment.
