Dr. Bin Khadem stated that more effort will be required in the next phase to adopt best practices for excellence in order to achieve His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi's vision of developing human resources as directed by the Executive Council.
A workshop, held at the end of the meeting, presented several key strategic objectives, an example of evidence supporting institutional results, and a model for the Sheikh Khalifa Award for Excellence in order to shed light on the process of developing the strategic plan and the system of institutional excellence.
