Next month, the department will hold programmes virtually within the framework of plans to develop specialised and administrative work, with the goal of training workers in the fields of office management and secretarial work, media, public relations, ceremonies and protocol, customer service, institutional development, and so on.
Those in positions of leadership and supervision will get advanced leadership training. The department provides administrative education, employment safety, marketing skills, marketing plan development, time management and control of work demands, administrative principles and ethics, the art of working with co-workers, and many more programmes.
Through its programmes, the Sharjah Human Resources Department aims to develop national government competencies that keep up with changes in work, help government employees do their jobs better, and promote processes for improving the performance of government agencies and the services they provide.
