Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadim, Sharjah Executive Council Member and Head of the Human Resources Department, explained the importance of Waffer in supporting the social and economic sectors in Sharjah, creating a link between institutions, companies, and beneficiaries.
He indicated that Sharjah HR seeks, through the Waffer programme, to translate the visions of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, in providing incentives and outstanding services to members of society to achieve a decent life for them.
Jawaher Al Oud, Director of the Events and Activities Office and Director of the Waffer Programme, stated that the Waffer event was organised in Khorfakkan, with the participation of more than 20 companies and institutions, offering discounts and benefits for Waffer Card holders. "By organizing these events, we seek to familiarise cardholders with their features and the offers of the participating companies," Al Oud said.
