Sharjah 24: Khorfakkan University hosted a session on Wednesday titled "Best Volunteering Ambassadors" in conjunction with the "Voluntary Nation Pride League " in the presence of the Honorary President of the League, Sheikh Humaid bin Khalid Al Qasimi.
Professor Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim Al Shamma'a, Chancellor of Khorfakkan University, and Colonel Dr. Ali Al Kai Al Hamoudi, Director of the Eastern Region Police Department, were among the many government officials, academics, and students who turned up for the forum's programmes.
Prof. Ahmed Ibrahim Al Shamma'a told "Sharjah 24" that the forum's goal was to "promote and propagate the culture of volunteering among students" by analysing the work of several volunteer ambassadors at both the national and international levels.
