Sharjah24 - AFP: The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that six Palestinians were killed and up to 20 others were hurt in Israeli soldiers' early-morning raids in the occupied West Bank.
Wadih Al Houh, a militant leader of a fresh group of Palestinian fighters known as "The Lions' Den," was among those murdered in the northern West Bank city of Nablus, according to Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid.

Initially, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said that "Israeli fire in Nablus" had resulted in three fatalities and 19 injuries, three of them critically.

According to later reports, two additional Palestinians perished in Nablus, and a third was also murdered in nocturnal fighting close to Ramallah.

The Israeli army described the location as a "headquarters and a workshop for creating weapons" of the militants and claimed to have conducted a massive operation alongside police and intelligence personnel to target it.

The army statement went on to say that "the forces exploded the bomb manufacturing plant," however it did not give a fatality toll. "Several armed suspects were hit during the incident,"

The Palestinian portion of the West Bank, which Israel has been occupying since 1967, has seen an uptick in violence recently, particularly in the neighborhoods of Nablus and Jenin.
