Sharjah 24 – KUNA: Israeli forces demolished Saturday house, belonging to Palestinian prisoner Omar Jardat in Jenin governorate. Jardat was accused along with his brother and uncle of shooting a settler and injuring two others during shootout last December.
Eyewitnesses stated that Israeli forces laid siege around the house prior to blasting it.

This comes as part of Israel's policy of group punishment targeting families of those accused of perpetrating attacks as they have already destroyed the homes of Jardat's brother and uncle.

Medical sources in Jenin added that three Palestinians were injured via live bullets during confrontations.
