Sharjah24: The Arabic Language Education Centre for the Gulf States (ALECGS) in Sharjah, concluded in the presence of the Director of the Center, Dr. Issa Saleh Al Hammadi, his participation in the meeting of the Executive Council of the Office in its 91st session, which was held by the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States in Qatar, Doha.
The activities of the Executive Council began with the preparatory executive meeting for the twenty-seventh general conference.
During the meeting, the members discussed the Director General's report on the progress of work in the programs of the office and its affiliated centers for the current fiscal cycle 2021/2022 AD, which showed progress in the level of programme completion, which exceeded 85% goals.
The council also discussed the office’s plan for the next financial year 2023-2024 and its various studies, programs and activities that focused on the needs of the educational field, the most prominent educational developments, the experiences of member states, the ministries’ plans, and international trends based on the commitments of countries at the Education Transformation Summit 2022.
