Lt. Colonel Al Naqbi said that the project targets 5,000 employees of the Sharjah Police using the latest modern technological methods.
He told “Sharjah 24” that the Academy reviewed its courses for its affiliates in a different way by presenting the motivational points and challenges that the trainee faced during the course, in addition to analysing the trainee’s results and the points he gained during the training period.
He confirmed that the project can determine the future training needs of employees based on numbers, analysis and measurement of all the competencies that have been achieved.
