The organization of the forum came as an affirmation of the Sharjah Police’s strategy in promoting the principle of happiness in the work environment, by allocating various programmes for its affiliates to communicate effectively with the senior management and exchange views between them.
The forum began with a number of sports activities including padel tennis, volleyball, and swimming.
The sports activities were followed by an open meeting chaired by the Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, in which he was briefed on the general results of the administration during the past period, and the difficulties and challenges they face to discuss and develop ideas and solutions for them.
