Sharjah24: Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council (SEC), chaired on Tuesday SEC’s meeting , in the presence of Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of the SEC.
SEC discussed a number of topics on its agenda on the development of government works in the Emirate of Sharjah and following up other development projects .
The Council discussed the draft amendment of the real estate registration law in the emirate, in order to advance the wheel of urban development and contribute to providing the best legislation and incentives.
The Council was also briefed on a set of proposals submitted by the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority, which aim to develop the infrastructure of the commercial and industrial zones in the Emirate by providing main roads and implementing services that would facilitate the customers, investors and beneficiaries of all economic activities available.
