He said “The world is going through a phase where the climate progress is dismal, every day, the prospects appear slimmer.”
He expressed his optimism that the momentum created by the (IGCF) and other meetings leading up to the conference in Abu Dhabi next year will allow us to make significant strides in both climate mitigation as well as climate adaptation.
