Sharjah 24: Many panels discussed innovation, smart technologies, and the nature of future living on the first day of the 11th edition of the International Government Communication Forum (IGCF 2022), organised by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau at Expo Centre Sharjah.
During a session titled "Future Challenges Lab," eminent speakers shared their insights on the future of human existence and its implications for our daily lives.

We need to keep in mind what people think of today's solutions, according to Leanne Fry Chief, a senior ICT executive at an Australian Federal Government Agency. It is not simply technology that will matter in the future, but also what it means to be human.

Anni Rowland-Campbell, Director of the worldwide charity and social enterprise "Intersticia," emphasised that the primary goal of the forum is to help people live smarter lives and have the participants go with new insights and knowledge.

According to GOV 01's founder and CEO, Ibrahim Elbadawi, the challenge is in envisioning and constructing the greatest sustainable future for mankind, which requires establishing the notion of collaboration between humans and machines.
