Sharjah 24: Hussain Al Mahmoudi, CEO of the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTI Park), stressed that the Women in Technology Global Forum highlights the role of women in the technology sector and encourages female entrepreneurs to engage in this field.

Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24”, the CEO of SRTI Park stated that the technology sectors and advanced industries are in line with the country's strategy to support and promote innovation and the scientific research system in general.

Al Mahmoudi stressed that the forum hosts speakers from several countries and focuses on the topic of sustainability and the environment. He added that the forum reflects the wise vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and his wife Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, to enhance the role of women in the scientific and economic field, especially in the field of innovation.
