Sharjah 24: Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, witnessed the first "Operations Officers Forum," which was held Wednesday evening, at the Police Officers Club, in the presence of Brigadier General Dr. Ahmed Saeed Al Naour, Director General of Central Operations, Colonel Dr Jassim bin Hadda, Director of Operations Department, and all the officers in operations management personnel.
Sports like Padel tennis, volleyball, and swimming were just a few of the activities that the Central Operations Department staff competed in at the forum.
Major General Saif Al Shamsi highlighted the significance of incorporating job satisfaction with Sharjah Police's strategy for enhancing the quality of life in the workplace by highlighting the importance of organising such forums, which are a platform for exchanging views with employees and elevating job performance and, consequently, the services provided.
