Sharjah 24: Coinciding with the start of the new school year, Al Dhaid Municipality implemented an inspection campaign on all libraries and stationery stores affiliated with the city of Al Dhaid.
This comes with the aim of ensuring that they are free of prohibited products and toys that are dangerous or that may cause harm to children. In addition to verifying that, all shops and commercial establishments comply with the laws of the municipality.
Nasser Saeed Al Tunaiji, Head of the Municipal Safety and Inspection Department, stated that the campaign included 32 shops and commercial establishments in the city of Al Dhaid, which resulted in issuing a violation and two warnings against shops that do not adhere to the laws of the municipality, and the confiscation of 261 products.
He called on students and parents to report any observations or complaints by calling 993 or 068828801 of the municipality.
