During the one-month programme, the affiliates learnt several scientific and practical skills, in addition to developing talents during their summer vacation, which met the objectives of the institution in raising generations equipped with various life skills, in addition to future needs workshops that met their passions, dreams and their creativity.
In addition to workshops and lectures on various issues including sports, technology, and other edutainment activities, the affiliates were taken on a tour around Khorfakkan historical and heritage areas where they were detailed about the evolution stages of the city.
Ahmed Shaheen, director of the Khorfakkan Youth Centre, stressed the momentum of the organised events, which greatly expanded the knowledge of the participants, in addition to sharpening their skills in dealing with various events.
