The aid is directed to orphan students affiliated with the Foundation, who are financally not cablable to pay the tuition fees.
Nawal Al Hamdi, Director of the Social Welfare Department, explained that families wishing to enroll their children should expedite enrolling their children in the educational assistance programme. Then, the applications will be reviewed for verification.
She added that the Foundation's registered students exceed 1,700 orphans.
The Foundation confirmed continuing to receive contributions that serve the academic empowerment programs provided to its affiliates.
