Sharjah 24: The Arab Parliament for the Child (APC) will hold its fourth session of the second term on Saturday morning, July 30, with the participation of 68 representatives from 17 Arab countries.

The session will be chaired by the Bahraini child, Rataj Al Absi, the head of the Arab Parliament for the Child, at its headquarters in the Sharjah Consultative Council.

The fourth session will be devoted to discussing the culture of food security, in which members of Parliament are scheduled to present their views on this issue and highlight its importance in achieving self-sufficiency and providing food for Arab children.

Ayman Othman Al Barout, Secretary-General of the APC, confirmed the completion of preparations for holding the fourth session stressing the importance of the main topic of the session and its vitality as it prepares Arab children and supports them to share their views on the importance of food and propose plans and programmes to secure food and work on its production.
