Sharjah24: Within the framework of the community partnership that brings together Al Hamriyah Municipality with Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club in launching programs and events targeting participants in the twenty-eighth Al Hamriya Summer Forum 2022, which was held under the slogan (Our holiday is different ) and under the supervision of the Sharjah Sports Council in the Government of Sharjah, Al Hamriyah Municipality organised an awareness lecture entitled “Food Safety” .
In the lecture, public health specialists in Al Hamriyah Municipality presented many awareness messages about the requirements for preparing and transporting products, safe methods of storage and appropriate temperatures for each category.
For his part, Muhammad Sultan bin Hareb Al Muhairi, Head of the Public Health Department in Al Hamriyah Municipality, stated that a full explanation was provided to all children and young people participating in the activities of the summer recipient in Al Hamriyah during the lecture, with interactive applications and practical training on food safety and quality.
His Excellency Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriya Municipality, stated that the municipality continues its institutional partnership with Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club by presenting a series of joint programs and events, in order to achieve the objectives of the summer forum held under the slogan (Our holiday is different ), developing the participants’ skills and polishing their experiences.
