Sharjah24: The Sharjah Police General Command, represented by the Traffic and Licensing Services Center, received a delegation from Al Qassimi Hospital, headed by Mohammed bin Darwish, Assistant Director for Financial and Administrative Affairs, and his accompanying delegation.
The delegation was received by Lt. Col. Khaled Al-Ki, Deputy Director of the Traffic and Licensing Services Center, and a number of specialized officers.
Lieutenant-Colonel Khaled El Kay welcomed the visiting delegation, expressing his happiness at holding such benchmarking comparisons, which confirm the two parties' keenness to enhance cooperation between them in a way that supports common goals, pointing to the Sharjah Police's keenness to enhance joint cooperation between various government departments and institutions, to improve the system of institutional work.
The visit came with the aim of reviewing the experience of the Sharjah Police in the field of the “Seven Stars” distinguished service system, identifying its applications in various fields and knowing the strengths with the aim of improving, developing and strengthening the positive points and addressing the negative points.
The visit included a presentation of the best practices and applications in the field of customer service, making them happy and ensuring their well-being by providing high-quality and efficient services.
For his part, Mohammed bin Darwish, Assistant Director for Financial and Administrative Affairs, expressed his thanks to the Sharjah Police for the warm reception and hospitality, praising the tangible positive cooperation they experienced from officials, stressing the importance of continuous communication between the two parties, to enhance and develop performance.
