Sharjah24: Sharjah Football Club launched its 2022-2023 pre-season training programme by conducting medical examinations for the players of the first team and the under-21 team at the University Hospital Sharjah.

The examinations will last for 4 days starting from July 4, as they will be divided into four groups, following the tests for foreign players after that.

Dr. Abdulaziz Al Muhairi, Member of the Board of Directors of Sharjah Sports Club, Head of Health Affairs and Sports Medicine Department, indicated that the community partnership between Sharjah Sports Club and University Hospital Sharjah is a continuation of the cooperation between the two institutions which started 2 years ago, where the hospital staff supervised the medical tests of the club's players for the past two seasons. He noted that the examinations began with the first football team and the under-21 team players and will continue for the handball team, basketball team, and individual sports.
