Sharjah 24: The Strategic Planning and Follow-up Office at the Sharjah Department of Town Planning and Survey (SDTPS), Thursday, concluded an extensive training course for the department’s employees on the positive change of employees and its impact on developing the work environment, relations with partners, and the use of institutional capabilities to enhance the experience of dealers with the department in order to achieve the department’s vision to achieve sustainable urban planning and services competitiveness.
During the four- day course, Fatima Al Hussan, Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Follow-up, and the workshop's lecturer, stressed the importance of making a positive change in the career life of employees at various administrative levels, highlighting the positive impact of bringing about positive change in developing the work environment, interacting with colleagues, enhancing teamwork, facing challenges and using institutional capabilities in business development, and finally, improving the customer experience and providing the best services in line with the latest international methods and practices in this field.

In the same context, Engineer Ali Al Muhairi, Director of Survey Department and workshop lecturer, explained that achieving positive change for employees is a fundamental strategic goals of the department, and stems from its institutional values of justice, integrity, positivity, performance excellence , cooperation and partnership, proactiveness and innovation, which all employees must display as a general code of conduct and in support of achieving the vision of the department.

He also indicated the department's keenness to provide all forms of psychological and occupational support in the work environment in line with its strategic tracks aimed at providing a distinct organisational environment and institutional capabilities, attracting talents and cadres, providing programmes for preparing future leaders, achieving job happiness, and then achieving the desired goals in providing a unique and qualitative experience for the clients.
