Al Shamsi delivered a speech in which he indicated that customers’ happiness and the development of high-quality services are Sharjah Police’s priorities to facilitate services for all citizens, residents, and tourists.
Colonel Tariq Al Midfa, Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department at Sharjah Police, reviewed the customer happiness results indicators, which reached 96.8% during 2021, and 96% for digital services.
Al Shamsi honoured the distinctive service centers, the winning teams, and the supportive teams in achieving notable police’s strategic goals in enhancing customer happiness.
