The Foundation's participation came to develop creative imagination and increase the cultural awareness of Sharjah children and youth.
The activities of the Foundation's pavilion were notable for their diversity, as they included a range of activities that pave the way for culture and science that meet the children's inclinations and aspirations. It allowed its pavilion visitors to learn about the importance of reading and research techniques, the art of discussion, and listening and speaking skills.
The pavilion also witnessed the launch of the "28 Reading Challenge", in cooperation with the writer Maitha Al Khayat, a reading marathon that lasts for a year, intending to encourage participants to read 28 stories. It also provided a distinctive competitive atmosphere for visitors to its pavilion that stimulated their imagination to express themselves, by writing down their dreams and ambitions on its interactive wall, titled "Close Your Eyes and Imagine".
