The ceremony was attended by several directors and heads of departments of Sharjah Police.
The programme included workshops and specialised courses in planning skills using scenarios, analytic skills, and various tools for future foresight, with a total of 90 training hours.
The participants worked on projects that cover seven areas, most notably the future of cyber security, the future of non-traditional crimes, the future of drug abuse and rehabilitation, the future of transportation, the future of penal and correctional institutions, the future of privatising government services, as well as the future of working systems.
Al Serkal stressed that Sharjah Police is keen to implement the government's directives in building capacities to foresee the future through 6 primary stages, from identifying cases to ending with future projects and adoption.
The Director-General called on all graduates to use the knowledge they have acquired from the programme in implementing innovative projects in the security field.
