ALECGS organises methods of teaching Arabic language prg

Sharjah24: The Educational Center for the Arabic Language for the Gulf States (ALECGS ) launched its remote training programs on developing methods of teaching and learning the Arabic language. The program focuses on training specialists in the Arabic language in the member states of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States.
ALECGS organizes a set of training courses in several areas of Arabic language teaching and learning policies (teaching strategies, evaluation policies, “weak outcomes, appearances, causes, treatment methods”, twenty-first century skills ... etc.), which contributes to the reflection of these abilities on students , and raising the level of quality of achievement and targeted scientific understanding.

This package of programs aims to raise the level of skills of specialists in the Arabic language, and to improve the level of students’ achievement in the Arabic language in member states, by providing practical applications on appropriate teaching strategies for the Arabic language that can be used with students.

Accordingly, the third training program was launched, entitled: “Strategies for Creative Teaching of the Arabic Language in Grades (7-12)”, and it also aims to educate Arabic language teachers for grades (7:9) and (10:12) of some of the strategies of creative teaching of the Arabic language in these classes. 

Dr. Issa Saleh Al Hammadi, Director of the Educational Center for the Arabic Language in Sharjah, stressed that this training bag is an addition to the Arab educational library, and an enrichment for the Gulf library in the field of Arabic language teaching strategies, and an extension of the activities of the Arab Education Office for the Gulf States in the field of developing teaching strategies in the various educational stages.

Al Hammadi explained that the trainer receives a list of linguistic creativity skills for grades (7: 12), as well as means to develop linguistic creativity skills, and explains at least three foundations for creative teaching of the Arabic language, and develops a lesson plan using the directed discovery strategy to teach the effect for it, and distinguishes between language reception and production strategies.
