Sharjah24: His Excellency Issa Hilal Al-Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council, inspected the progress of the work in the “Wa’ed” programme to discover talent and prepare young leaders, which was launched by the Council last March. At the conclusion of his visit, Al Hazami expressed his happiness with the interaction of the participants in the program and their interest in its return, which aims to educate and qualify them to occupy leadership roles at the administrative and technical levels. 

"Wa'ed" programme is concerned with young people to develop their leadership skills and discover and refine their talents, culturally, physically and technically, under the supervision of academic professors and experts in the fields of management and leadership.
