Sharjah24: The Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) held an extensive meeting with private school principals, during which it reviewed the features of its new strategy for the next three years 2022-2024, discussing the importance of the plans of educational institutions under its umbrella with the strategy and directions of the Authority.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashemi, Chairperson of Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA), President of the Sharjah Education Academy, Ali Al Hosani, Di-rector of the Authority, Ziad Shatat, Director of the Continuous Improvement Department at the Authority, a number of directors of departments in the Authority and principals of private schools.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashemi welcomed the attendees, prais-ing their distinguished efforts in making the educational process successful in schools, praising the generous support provided by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, enhancing the public and higher education sector in Sharjah. She has highlighted the importance of investing that support by en-suring to provide positive educational environments in line with the Authority's strategy for the next three years, stressing the need for concerted efforts to achieve the goals.

For his part, Ali Al Hosani praised the pioneering role of school principals, looking forward to exerting more efforts to achieve the aspirations of providing educational environments that stimulate creativity. He adds that the meetings with school administrations and private school officials represent an important opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences and discuss challenges in order to advance the private education sector in a way that ensures providing ex-cellent education for all the students.

The attendees discussed ways to improve the educational process in schools in line with the au-thority’s strategy 2022-2024 and in line with its vision of achieving distinguished education that would enable the educational community to reach ambitious outputs through supportive and effective services based on the general features of the plans and initiatives of the Sharjah Private Education Authority.

The meeting also included a review of the most prominent features of the strategic plan of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, in addition to the interventions of school administrations on plans, proposals and inquiries.

The attendees discussed ways to improve the educational process in schools in line with the Au-thority’s strategy 2022-2024, translating its vision of achieving distinguished education that would enable the educational community to reach ambitious outputs through supportive and effective services based on the general features of the plans and initiatives of the Sharjah Private Education Authority.

The meeting also included a review of the most prominent features of the strategic plan of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, in addition to reviewing the interventions of the schools’ administrations on plans, proposals and inquiries.

The Authority has developed a strategic plan for the next three years based on 6 main objectives that include developing the personal, life, and cognitive skills of learners, promoting the integra-tion of people with special needs and caring for the gifted persons, applying the best education-al practices and alternatives to traditional education, and encouraging investment in the educa-tion sector to serve the needs of the Emirate and the aspirations of society, contributing in achieving prosperity and growth in the future.
