Sharjah24: The Sharjah Charity International (SCI) is keen to implement the "mobile Iftar" project in the month of Ramadan each year, and it is an initiative through which snacks are distributed to motorists and the public in general in several remote areas with Maghrib call to prayer.
This year, the mobile Iftar aims to distribute 12,500 meals in remote areas of Egypt, Nepal and Bangladesh, during crowded times, with the knowledge of the association's volunteers, as the points are constantly changed to reach the largest number of beneficiaries.
The project, which works to break the fast of fasting people in those areas, contributes to providing ready-made meals for those who are fasting, a good year that the association is keen on in cooperation with its offices abroad and in coordination with state embassies and volunteers from the people of the countries covered by the initiative.
