Sharjah24: Sharjah Old Cars Club (SOCC) organised a Ramadan dialogue session moderated by the media personality Abdul Basit Al Junaibi and hosted by Mr. Ahmed Rashid Al Jarwan, through which he recalled his pioneering experience in acquiring, preserving and importing old cars from outside the country.
The session also discussed the most important challenges that old cars owners face. The dialogue session was attended by a large number of officials and those interested in this sport, honouring a number of partners and supporters of the club's activities.
His Excellency Dr. Ali Ahmed Abu Al-Zoud, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Old Car Club has underscored the significance of the old motor sport, stressing that it is very popular sport in the UAE, reflected in the number of participants in the events held by the club. He stressed the keenness of the club’s management to organise such forums.
He emphasised the SOCC’s keenness to develop and strengthen communication channels in order to expand the participation locally and externally, creating means of attraction for the club’s various activities.
