Sharjah24: The 6th Ramadan competition launched the activities of the Ramadan Quran Memorisation Competition, targeting the employees of government and semi-governmental departments in the Emirate of Sharjah, being organised by the Sharjah Noble Quran and Sunnah Establishment (SNQSE). Abdullah Khalaf Al Hosani, Head of Educational Affairs Department at the Sharjah Quran and Sunnah Foundation, has highlighted the significance of the competition, during which the participants will memorise Surat Al-Sajdah and Surat Al-Waqi'ah.

Al Hosani stated, in exclusive statements to "Sharjah 24", that the number of participants in this session is more than the previous session, as the number of male employees participating in this session reached 65 participants and females 62 participants from various government agencies in the Emirate of Sharjah, adding that the winners of the last session were excluded to allow the opportunity for new participants.

Al Hosani added that the competition has been circulated to various departments in the emirate and registration was made via the SNQSE's website, confirming that the results of the winners will be announced on April 28, and the winners will be honoured during a closing ceremony at the SNQSE's headquarters, and the date will be scheduled soon.
