Sharjah 24: The Eastern Region Police Department continued to organise its Ramadan sessions for this year, as it held its second session, on Friday, at the Al Saf Suburb Council in Kalba, in the presence of a large number of officials and police.

Colonel Rashid Saif Hammad Al Zaabi, Deputy Director of the Eastern Region Police Department, Hashem Al Bairaq, Vice President of the Kalba Municipal Council, and a number of members of the Sharjah Consultative Council attended the session.

Dr. Lieutenant-Colonel Walid Al Yamahi, Head of the Kalba Comprehensive Police Station, said that the session included 3 topics presented by a number of specialists in security, education, and family work.

He explained that the session's discussions focused on the negative effects of modern technologies and the importance of family monitoring, and the impact of family bonding on achieving individual and community security, as well as reviewing the most prominent studies on drugs and their electronic promotion.
