Sharjah 24: As part of the 50th Sports Initiative, the Sharjah Police (SP) continued the activities of the 29th Ramadan sports championship, organised by the Sports and Social Activities Department of the Department of Media and Public Relations at the Sharjah Police Club headquarters, from the 1st until the 20th of Ramadan, with the participation of SPmembers from different departments.

Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of SP, along with a number of general managers and directors of departments, participated on Thursday evening, in the football championship, which was held in an exciting atmosphere of brotherly competition, bringing together the teams of the Lawyers Association and the Sharjah Police General Command team at the Sharjah Police Club Stadium. 

He confirmed that the different games held, including football, tug of war and volleyball competitions saw an exciting competition between the players, which reflects the nature of the wonderful brotherly nature of SP members from various departments. 

Commander-in-Chief of SP pointed out that these yearly Ramadan games have become part of the annual sports agenda, as they embody the values of solidarity and social cohesion between the family of the Sharjah Police.
