"Arbitration" offers workshop for legal department

Sharjah 24: Managing Director of Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre, Maryam Sultan bin Hadda confirmed that the centre held Wednesday a workshop titled "The Importance of Arbitration in Contracts" for employees of the Emirate's legal departments, with the goal of introducing participants to arbitration and its role in serving all commercial, industrial, and economic sectors, as well its importance in resolving disputes.
Speaking to “Sharjah 24”, Bin Hadda said, "Aside from typical litigation issues, the workshop covered essential aspects that demonstrate the process of arbitration and its functional role in commercial conflicts. On the other hand, Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre highlighted the centre’s benefits in terms of expediency, professionalism, flexibility, and impartiality.”
