Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) and President of the Sharjah Education Academy (SEA), stated in exclusive statements to "Sharjah 24", that the "Teacher and Proud" programme is specialised in training and qualifying university graduates to become teachers in the private sector, aiming to empower the national human resources.
The head of the Sharjah Private Education Authority added that female graduates will be trained at the Sharjah Education Academy to obtain a postgraduate diploma in education, after which they will be employed in private schools as teachers in kindergarten and grade 1-3.
